Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask if you need to cancel your booking that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment.

As all our staff are self employed, cancellations after this period will incur a 50% fee.

Please call us ASAP in this instance and we will do our best to get you rebooked 01865 512220.




Here at Bei Capelli we understand that running late is sometimes inevitable. If you could kindly call the salon on 01865 512220 to inform us we can try and accommodate your appointment, without distrurbing our other clients schedules. If you are later than 15 minutes we won't be able to fit you in that day, and this may result in a charge. 


Deposit for longer appointments

We are sorry that we have to take 50% deposit for longer duration appointments due to our staff being self employed. 'No Shows' to appointments have an impact of there income. 

No Shows

If for any reason you miss 2 consecutive appointments we will require a deposit of 50% of your service to make the booking. If you miss your appointment without 48 hours cancellation notice you will lose your deposit. 

Skin testing

A skin test must be carried out 48 hours before your colour service. If you fail to have your skin tested, we will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment. At Bei Capelli we insist on following the rules and regulations of our product manufacturers, Kevin Murphy, for your own wellbeing.
